Adding a Visual Banner to Your Invoices
A Visual on Every Invoice
BlueRockTEL makes it easy to add a visual banner to your invoices. This visual can include a link URL, typically directing customers to a specific page on your website.
Use Cases
The most common use is a seasonal greeting message at the start of the year. But this feature is primarily a commercial communication tool throughout the year: announcing a new service, a limited-time promotion, or a pricing update.
Step-by-Step Setup
1. Go to the Branding Section
Navigate to the Branding section of your interface. BlueRockTEL allows you to manage multiple brands and assign them to different customers — useful if you manage partner accounts or want distinct visual identities by customer category.
Select your default brand if you only have one.
2. Upload the Visual
In the Invoice Visual section, upload your image. The platform recommends a size of 18 cm wide by 6 cm tall for optimal results, taking into account the available space on the invoice.
3. Set the Link
In the Invoice Visual Link field, enter the destination URL. Consider adding Google Analytics tracking parameters to measure the effectiveness of your communication later.
Result
From the next billing campaign, the visual will appear on all invoices issued under that brand. It is a simple and effective way to turn your invoices into an additional communication channel.
