When creating a customer billing record, you need to remember all the articles: licences, installation fees, recurring subscriptions. Going article by article, the risk of omission is real, and an omission means lost revenue.

BlueRockTEL bundles solve this problem by grouping articles commonly sold together into a single reusable template.

The Three Article Categories in a Bundle

A bundle can contain articles from three categories:

  • Licences: For example 3CX licences, typically billed annually with automatic renewal
  • One-time charges: Installation fees and equipment, billed once
  • Recurring subscriptions: Monthly plans and packages

Using a Bundle When Creating a Record

When creating a new billing record, simply insert a bundle with one click. All three categories of articles are automatically populated in the record.

Customisation After Insertion

Inserting a bundle is not final. Once the articles are in the record, you can freely:

  • Adjust quantities
  • Add articles not included in the bundle
  • Remove articles not relevant for this customer
  • Add specific notes or comments

From Creation to Contract

Once the record is complete, you can generate commercial documents directly: quotes, proformas or contracts. Email delivery is built in, as is moving directly to production and immediate invoicing if needed.
