CDRs (Call Data Records or Call Details Records) are files that contain information related to calls, provided by the VoIP service provider.
Once configured, BlueRockTEL automatically retrieves CDRs from the VoIP provider’s servers, processes them, and integrates them into the billing process.
Depending on the options offered by your VoIP provider, you can choose either of the following modes for retrieving CDRs:
- Continuous retrieval throughout the month
- One-time retrieval at the beginning of the following month based on usage
Note that OVH offers both options through its API.
