BlueRockTEL invoices are composed of 3 sections.

In the first section, the following elements are presented separately:

  • Recurring services (subscriptions) for the current month.
  • Consumption from the previous month.
  • Any invoiced one-time services, if applicable.

Thus, a quick glance is enough for the recipient of the invoice to know the amount of their subscriptions, consumption, and any one-time services.

The associated account numbers are also briefly summarised.

In a conventional manner, the header includes the invoice number, billing and due dates, as well as the customer’s contact information. At the bottom of the page, there are subtotals for net and gross amounts, VAT amount, and payment method.

The second section contains a summarised breakdown of the consumption, line by line. This concise presentation allows for an instant view of the communication time and the amount charged for each category of calls, including:

  • Calls to landline numbers
  • Calls to mobile numbers
  • Calls to special numbers
  • International calls

Lastly, the complete breakdown of the consumption is provided, including all calls made during the invoiced period, with the following information:

  • Date and time of the call
  • Duration
  • Dialed number
  • Call cost
