BlueRockTEL tracks each Telecom service individually. Therefore, when entering a Telecom service, there is no provision to input a quantity.
However, if you need to enter the same type of Telecom service multiple times (e.g., 10, 20, or 30 times) within a single account, this task can quickly become tedious. Fortunately, BlueRockTEL offers a simple and fast solution.
In the “Line” field, you can indicate as many lines as you want, separated by commas.
In the “Line Description” field, located next to the “Line” field, you can provide corresponding descriptions, also separated by commas. It is often useful to use the first names of the individuals using the devices, as it enhances the readability of the invoice for your client.
When you save your input, BlueRockTEL creates Telecom services in the account accordingly.
If you don’t have all the line descriptions you want to enter at the time of input, you can simply add a comma to represent the missing information and continue with your input as usual. BlueRockTEL will create the service without that information, which you can add later on.
