BlueRockTEL allows for the attachment of various billing methods to billed items.
The diversity and specificity of each method enable you to bill your services exactly as you intend.
Here are the main methods currently available for the re-billing of OVH telephony:
voiceIF
Calls to landline numbers:
Calls to landline numbers within the “OVH zone” (France and 40 countries) are not billed, subject to the following two restrictions:
- Up to 99 different numbers called within the month
- Call duration not exceeding one hour
Calls exceeding 99 numbers per month are billed per second, at the price set in the customer’s file. Calls lasting longer than one hour are billed per second, at the price set in the customer’s file, starting from the one-hour mark.
Calls to other numbers:
Calls to numbers outside the designated OVH zone are billed per second, at the price set in the customer’s file.
voiceIM
Calls to landline numbers:

Calls to other numbers:
Calls to other numbers are billed per second, at the price set in the customer’s file.
trunkSIP
The trunkSIP method behaves exactly like the voiceIM method, with the exception that the 99 different numbers are multiplied by a coefficient corresponding to the number of channels specified in the customer’s file.
For example, if 10 channels are specified, calls will only be billed from the 1000th number onwards instead of the 100th number.
voiceCpt
All calls are charged per second, at the prices set in the customer’s file.
ecofax
Communications are billed based on the number of pages, as specified in the customer’s file.
landPlus3h
This method behaves like the voiceIF method. It adds 3 hours of calls to mobile numbers in France, including transfers and regardless of the number of called numbers. Beyond these 3 hours, all calls to mobile numbers are billed per second according to the price indicated in the customer’s file.
refact
This method allows you to re-bill the end customer based on what OVH invoices you, applying a multiplier coefficient specified in the customer’s file. Note that it is possible to specify a different coefficient for each type of call (landline, mobile, special numbers).
