CDRs (Call Data Records) are files containing information about calls, made available by the VoIP provider. Once set, BluerockTEL automatically recovers the CDRs on the IT server of the VoIP provider, before the billing process.

Depending on the VoIP provider, you can access to the CDRs in two different ways, either :

  • recovering them all month long,
  • recovering them at the start of each month according to the consumption.

Note that OVH offers both ways to recover CDRs through its  API.
